A story fifty years long
In 1978 Dr. Ivano Conti's parents opened their dental practice on Viale di Trastevere. They were two young professionals, coming from humble families, with a single ambition: to build a place where people could take care of their smile with serenity.
Since then, in that same historic building — between the inner cloister and the windows overlooking the most authentic neighbourhood of Rome — the practice has never moved. Much has changed: the technologies, the protocols, the people who make up the team. But the most important thing has stayed the same: the belief that behind every patient there is a story, and that caring for a mouth means first of all listening to the person in front of you.

Today Dr. Ivano Conti has been guiding the practice for almost twenty years. He looks after patients who were treated thirty years ago by his father, and then their children and their grandchildren. It is not a marketing statistic: it is our everyday reality — and the value we believe is most important to offer.
In a time when relationships have become fleeting, being able to offer people a stable reference point for their oral health — a physician who knows their clinical story, their family story, the way they live — generates trust. And trust, for us, is the foundation of every care journey.

Over the years the practice has grown. From a single-professional practice it has become a truly multidisciplinary team: specialist dentists, orthodontists, hygienists, assistants and external partners — the dental technician, the anaesthetist for conscious sedation, Dr. Cortesi for facial aesthetic medicine — coordinated directly by Dr. Conti according to shared protocols.
