Quality policy

Our formal commitment to guaranteeing quality of care, continuous training, safety and transparency at every stage of the care journey.

Our commitment

The primary objective of Studio Odontoiatrico Conti Cortesi is the satisfaction of its patients through dental and medical-aesthetic care of the highest clinical, technical and human quality. The Medical Direction and the whole team share and subscribe to the principles set out in this policy.

Our guiding principles

1. Centrality of the person

The patient is at the centre of every decision. Every care journey is designed to measure — evaluating not only the clinical condition, but also the needs, fears and personal goals of each individual. Listening without judgement is the first clinical act.

2. Clinical excellence and continuous learning

Our team is committed to ongoing professional development, taking part in advanced training courses in Italy and abroad, scientific congresses and clinical update programmes. We believe technical competence is a duty, not an option — and that it must evolve with science.

3. Technology at the service of care

We adopt state-of-the-art dental technologies — computer-guided implantology, 3D scanners for digital impressions, low-dose Cone Beam CT, minimally invasive surgical techniques — with one single criterion: making them a tool at the service of precision, comfort and predictability of care.

4. Safety and sterilisation

We apply strict sterilisation protocols, biological monitoring of instruments and management of medical devices, in full compliance with current regulations. The sterilisation room is equipped with the latest generation of instruments. For us, the safety of the patient and staff is not a bureaucratic requirement — it is a daily, non-negotiable value.

5. Certified materials

We use exclusively materials, implants and devices from certified producers, with complete traceability and full documentation retained. Whenever possible we prioritise Made-in-Italy products with CE certification and internationally recognised quality standards.

6. Clarity and transparency

Every care plan is shared with the patient in its entirety: objectives, timing, techniques, therapeutic alternatives and costs. No essential information is omitted. Informed consent is not a signed form — it is a conversation that must leave the patient fully aware.

7. Confidentiality

All clinical, personal and administrative data are handled in full compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the rules of professional ethics. The privacy of the patient is protected at every stage — from reception, to care, to the storage of records.

8. Continuous improvement

We constantly review clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, the organisational functioning of the practice and the feedback we receive — to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions promptly.

Scope of application

This policy applies to all clinical and organisational activities of the practice: implantology, oral surgery, prosthetics, orthodontics, conservative dentistry, endodontics, periodontology, gnathology, paediatric dentistry, prevention, facial aesthetic medicine and every reception or patient-support service.

Responsibility

The Medical Director, Dr. Ivano Conti, takes responsibility for the implementation, monitoring and periodic review of this policy. Every member of the team is expected to know, share and apply it in their own daily area of work.
